02Children Under the Age of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Website or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website, including:
  • Email list: your email address.
  • Free intro waitlist: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the sport you are interested in, and your consent to receive text messages and calls. We also record how you reached the page, such as the campaign link you followed.
  • Sponsorship inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and message.
  • Career inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, the role you are interested in, and your message.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

Memberships, court reservations, and payments are handled by PlayByPoint, not on this Website. When you select "Join Now" or download the Open Play app, the information you provide is collected by PlayByPoint under its own privacy policy.

05Information We Collect Automatically

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information needed to operate and secure the Website, including:

• Details of your visits to our Website, such as the pages you request, the date and time of each request, and the website that referred you.
• Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We use this information to keep the Website running, protect it against abuse (for example, by limiting repeated form submissions from the same connection), and understand how it is used.

Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. When you open one of our forms, the Website sets a single security cookie that protects the form against forged submissions. It contains no personal information, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and expires after one hour. The Website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not control their tracking technologies or how they may be used.

06Text Messages

If you check the consent box on our free intro waitlist form, you agree to receive marketing text messages and calls from Open Play, which may be automated or use a pre-recorded or AI voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@openplayppc.com.
• We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:

• Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the Personal Information you have provided through the Website by emailing info@openplayppc.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request. Information held in your PlayByPoint account is managed through the Open Play app.

We use reasonable measures designed to protect your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our Website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and our forms are protected against automated and forged submissions. The safety of your information also depends on you: do not send sensitive information to us by email.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.
